  • Severe nausea

  • Cancer

  • Cachexia or wasting syndrome

  • Severe and persistent muscle spasm, including those characteristics of Crohn's disease or multiple sclerosis (See below. Added separately to list on June 29, 2017.)

  • Glaucoma

  • Acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS)

  • Positive status for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder

  • Lupus

  • Epilepsy

  • Multiple sclerosis

  • Rheumatoid arthritis

DO NOT STACK DOSES! The compounded effects of stacked doses can be very unpleasant and unexpected.
