Our objective is to help you through the process of obtaining your Medical Cannabis Card, legally, with the least amount of stress possible.
Here are the 3 steps:
1. Make an appointment with Honolulu Wellness Center ~ Kamaaina Special Full-Service Package at the Appointment Form at www.4HWC.com Once you complete the form, a Certified Medical Cannabis Consultant will call to answer questions and schedule a New-Patient/Renewal Appointment.
2. A One-on-One, face-to-face appointment and medical interview with one of our 329 Registration Card Authorized State of Hawaii Licensed Doctor.
3. Follow up. Post-appointment include: payment processing, answering any pending questions. Explain the benefits of being a Honolulu Wellness Center Ohana member.

We are in compliance with New-Patient Intake HIPAA Privacy Secure New-Patient Record setup in our Google G-Suite HIPAA Compliant system. (HIPAA: Acronym that stands for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, a US law designed to provide privacy standards to protect patients' medical records and other health information provided to health plans, doctors, hospitals and other health care providers)
STEP 1: Make an appointment at www.4HWC.com call back form.:
Pre-arrival preparation will also include confirmations of your upcoming appointment, sending a personalized welcome message with convenience information on location, free parking/handicapped parking, forms to bring if available, identification needed and research to answer any pending new-patient questions...and more.
STEP 2: A One-on-One, face-to-face appointment -Support
Arrival receptionist to greet you in a comfortable waiting room. Relax in the comfortable air-conditioning with refreshments and appropriate high-security measures and HIPAA Compliant privacy.
A Medical Assistant who is a Certified Medical Cannabis Consultant will support you in the intake process to:
❖ Create your personal in-house new-patient account,
❖ Abbreviated physical exam,
❖ Help to organize your records and identification,
❖ Create your in-house account,
❖ Create your eHawaii.com account,
❖ Fulfillment of the State of Hawaii Department of Health Medical Cannabis Online Application in the Medical Cannabis Registry System,
❖ Inform new-patient of additional information regarding the practical and legal use of their pending 329 Registration Card, their medicine and optional growth site and/or Care-Taker,
❖ Inform alternatives to smoking the medicine for injection such as vapor, tincture, DMSO Salve, edibles, and others,
❖ Discuss varieties and strains of the medicine and possible dosing considerations,
❖ Answer any questions you may have regarding Medical Cannabis and the process.
Face-to-Face, One-on-One appointment with Licensed Physician:
Ongoing, One-on-One face-to-face appointment and medical interview with one of our 329 Registration Card Authorized State of Hawaii Licensed Doctor who will:
❖ Review all prepare records,
❖ Confirm patients qualifying diagnosis,
❖ Discuss your diagnosis, your current rehab, prescription, and symptom mitigation regimen.
❖ Discuss various modalities of symptom mitigation along with acknowledging patient's desire for the use of medical cannabis,
❖ Explain possible side-effects and results of investing cannabis medicine and interactions,
STEP 3: Follow up
Administrative staff will discuss post-appointment services included, have your payment processed, and answer any pending questions. Explain what being a Honolulu Wellness Center Ohana member means to us and you.
You have two additional follow-up tele-med or phone appointments during the year to answer questions and maintain an ongoing relationship. (Yes. Included in your Kama’aina Package.) You'll also be invited to attend occasional educational workshops as our guests throughout the year. ($100 - $500 per event value.)
Additional Benefits:
You will be hosted to the Honolulu Wellness Center Educational Workshops on possible topics such as indoor hydroponic growing, cooking with cannabis, making tincture, how to safely create DMSO Salves, the Human Endocannabinoid System, LETTERS demystified: THC DMSO CBD CBG...Ahhh!!!, and others. (Complimentary in your Kama’aina Package)
As a "member" of the Honolulu Wellness Center Ohana you are invited as our VIP Guest to many of our workshops as a part of your Kama’aina Package. Some workshops are only available to card holding patients, otherwise we are accommodating as possible to host a guest, especially if they're facilitating your attendance. (A $100-$500 per workshop value)
Card Renewal Bonus and Support:
We remind you 60 days before the expiration of your 329 Card. You will receive an email reminder sent to the email you entered in your New-Patient form at www.4HWC.com
